Living Intentionally & Holistically

Nikisha is a health & wellness educator, mindful meditation teacher, and sensitive soul who sought out a holistic lifestyle after she was diagnosed with depression & anxiety disorder, and her son was diagnosed with ADHD. She’s been determined to heal these diagnoses through holistic living (living intentionally, eating well, moving well, playing well, meditating, yoga, acupuncture, spending time in nature, supplements, and community).

She uses her skillset gained from her B.A. in Psychology and her M.S. in Education (she used to be a grade school teacher) as a foundation for most of her work. She’s passionate about helping those who suffer from anxiety, depression, and ADHD, specifically in the Black community which she believes is well-underserved. Her mission is to ensure holistic health & wellness education and mindful meditation are made available to those who don’t have access.
