I’m so grateful to work with brands like @HairFood because of their commitment to creating products with ingredients that truly nourish your hair. My priority is staying away from products that have harsh and toxic ingredients. And I love being able to share them with others!

Looking back at the last year I was able to try a lot of their wonderful products which are all inspired by recipes made in the kitchen. Their mission is simple: feed your hair like you feed your body. I wanted to share my favorites that I’ve been using throughout the year. They have truly helped maintain the health of my hair by feeding it the best ingredients!

I love Hair Food’s Coconut and Chai Spice Shampoo and Conditioner. The ingredients like coconut milk are great at nourishing and giving the hair volume. The healthy fats in coconut milk, keep your hair, moisturized, shiny, and smooth. This pair has become a staple for me. The shampoo cleanses my hair well without leaving it feeling stripped and dry, which is something I always look for. The conditioner softens my hair and helps detangle it. Once my hair is dry it always feels moisturized and soft.

I also love Hair Food’s Turmeric & Almond Oil Detangling Milk which I use as a leave-in and a curl refresher throughout the week. It moisturizes, smooths, detangles, and fights frizz to leave my hair soft and shiny.

My final fave is their Mango & Aloe Curl Defining Smoothie blended with mango and aloe for soft, shiny, and moisturized curls. I use it as a leave-in on top of the Turmeric & Almond Oil Detangling Milk. I also use it to refresh my curls throughout the week. It’s great for taming frizz and giving me defined curls.

I’m so happy to have been introduced to such a wonderful brand and will continue to explore the new recipes they come out with. I hope you enjoyed my year in review using Hair Food! Head to my stories to get one of my faves. What are your favorite Hair Food products?
